My name is Chad Gillaspy. I’ve been a competitive athlete and involved in strength and conditioning in one capacity or another for most of my life. I attended a small high school and played both basketball and baseball. Starting out, I had little knowledge about physical preparation. As time went on I learned more, started seeing results, and quickly became hooked. I continued my basketball career in college and had goals of playing professionally after graduation. I made it even more of a priority to learn as much as I could, and I feel that it gave me the edge to compete at the next level.

I have personally seen the difference that smart programming can make in an athlete's career. Talent and perseverance have played a big part in my accomplishments, but smart programming took me from a good high school athlete to a professional caliber player. My experiences have taught me a lot about physical preparation and given me a unique perspective on the strength and conditioning industry. I have also gained valuable coaching experience working with a wide variety of people -- from the general population all the way to professional athletes. I thank God for all that I have been able to do and for the drive and struggles that have made me who I am today. I am a lifelong learner, and I want to help people maximize what their bodies can do and to help them achieve things that don't always seem possible.
