You Can’t Get Bored

You see it too often. Somebody starts to make some changes to their lifestyle, or an athlete commits to getting better, and what happens? They get bored. They stop showing up. They stop doing the little things that were starting to create some success, the basics become boring. Committing to goals isn’t usually just a days or weeks thing. In some cases, it’s months and years of commitment and dedication. Don’t let yourself off the hook. You can’t get bored.
