Marisha has gotten a lot stronger outside of the sagittal plane. Here is a good exercise for you to start doing the same. 






 

New Things Coming in 2024?



A few new things possibly coming in the new year. First off, I’d be curious to know if anybody in the area would be interested in a group training option, or if you know anybody that would be? This would include 5-8 people in a group setting, training a couple times per week.Training would still be individualized, just not as individualized as semi-private training. Secondly, I’m about ready to rock on with more nutrition coaching. This would be an 8 week program, designed to not only to help someone lose weight, but actually discuss and teach nutrition to keep it off. And it doesn’t require calorie counting or tracking points. If you or anyone you know would be interested in one or both of the things above, be sure to reply back to this email and let me know so we can discuss further details. Lastly, I’m hoping to kick off the first annual Gillaspy Training Basketball Camp (GTBC) this summer. We will see how this one progresses. It is further down the pipeline in 2024, but the other two I would like to get going first of the year. Be sure to reach out soon and let me know if you’re interested.
