Group Training Opportunity

I’m still looking for a couple more for group training. If you’re interested, be sure to let me know by replying to this email. Planning on starting this up next Tuesday. Great opportunity to get a couple great workouts in per week.

Core Training While Changing Levels?

We know a big part of good core training is resisting extension, rotation, and lateral flexion. But what about eventually doing those things more dynamically? I think so. Life and sport definitely isn’t completely static.

Using the Scale Correctly

People can absolutely lose their minds when it comes to the scale going up a few pounds, but what they tend to not understand is everything is weight. It could be water, it could be sodium, it could be muscle, it could be a million different things. With that being said, just because the scale goes up on a particular day doesn’t necessarily mean it’s fat gain. This is the downside of relying solely on the scale to measure progress. Hopefully this post helps somebody understand how to use the scale so they don’t let a single measurement derail them.
