Subtle Athleticism

Finding ways to add a little athleticism to common exercises is an underrated concept. With this one, you can still load it fairly well, making it a great option for when you’re really trying to maximize athleticism, but still need something to maintain strength.

DB 1-Leg Valslide RDL w/ Hip Abduction

Here’s a tough 1-Legish RDL variation. This one allows for more load with the help from the floor on balance. No cool songs playing on this one, so unfortunately for you, you’ll have to listen to me run my mouth.
