Training Thoughts of The Week

Chad Gillaspy

This weeks compilation of random training thoughts is ready. A quick, no fluff list of training thoughts to get us thinking.

1. Just because an exercise exists, doesn’t necessarily mean it’s always a good exercise.

2. Think about the concept of training movement patterns and not always isolated muscles.

3. Good core training should most often resist motion at the spine and not create it.

If any of these generated some of your own thoughts or sparked some questions, feel free to let me know. I’d love to hear them.
