Training Thoughts of the Week...

Hi everyone,

This week’s compilation of random training thoughts is ready. A quick, no fluff list of training thoughts to get us thinking.

1. You can’t train the exact same way to achieve all training goals. Although, there can and will be a lot of overlap, different training goals require different training approaches.

2. Training and rehab aren’t mutually exclusive. We should be trying to bridge the gap.

3. I can help your training outcomes immensely with just two words: stacked and centered. During almost all of your exercises, if you can do those two things with all of your joints then you’ll be ahead of the game.

If any of these generated some of your own thoughts or sparked some questions, feel free to let me know. I’d love to hear them.
