Training Thoughts of the Week..

Hope this finds you well. This week’s list of random training thoughts is ready. A quick, no fluff list of training thoughts to get us thinking.

  1. Does eating at night cause weight gain? Calories can’t tell time. If you’re trying to lose weight and your overall calorie consumption isn’t more than it should be, then it doesn’t necessarily matter.

  2. There will be some soreness with training, but soreness is something you’re never chasing.

  3. Athletes: Play multiple sports.

If any of these generated some of your own thoughts or sparked some questions, feel free to let me know. I’d love to hear them.
