Training Thoughts of the Week

New week more thoughts. This week’s list of random training thoughts is ready. A quick, no fluff list of training thoughts to get us thinking.

1. Train the body to perform without compensation or poor movement patterns.

2. Good training keeps efficiency in mind. I firmly believe no training session should last longer than 90 minutes.

3. Continuously ask yourself why you are doing a certain exercise. This is a huge step in learning.

Did any of these generate some of your own thoughts or spark some questions? Let me know, I’d love to hear them. Have a good week!
