Why One or the Other?
A good training plan can combine strength and conditioning concepts with some rehab concepts. Sometimes trainers can fall short by not having at least a baseline level of rehab knowledge, and rehab specialists can fall short by not having at least a baseline level of strength and conditioning knowledge. Combining the two creates a powerful system.
