Band Resisted Jumps


Here’s a strategy if you’re interested in lessening joint stress when landing. Something we should all be thinking about from time to time.




MPH Testing


Keely and Phoenix knocking out their mph testing. Keely sprinted over 17 mph and Phoenix hit over 12 mph. Now it’s time to put in the work and watch those numbers climb.





Standard Bird Dog Too Easy?


Probably not. As with most exercises execution is key. First clip shows no control, which makes the exercise a ton easier. The second clip shows owning the exercise with complete control. I had sweat dripping off my face by the time the set was done.





Timed 10 Yard Sprint


Took this clip of Keely during the early phase of acceleration with her timed 10 yard sprint. Trying to use video to pick up on some things to improve.




Trap Bar.. Not Just For Deadlifting


If you’ve ever thought the trap bar just had one job, think again. Here’s one example of many different uses for the bar. Hopefully I can find some time to highlight other uses soon.
