Helicopter Carry 

If you have adequate shoulder mobility, give this a try and train shoulder and core stability together. 

Split Stance Barbell Deadlift

Here’s a lift that’s not quite as common. If you struggle to get to the bar from the floor, don’t be afraid to elevate it some. 


Contralateral Rear Foot Elevated Split Squat

Keely giving a great demo of the weight loaded in the opposite side of the working limb. Don’t forget to put some of this type of stuff in your own program.
