Motion Really is Lotion



Obviously certain pains can be more complicated, but you would be surprised how much better somebody can feel by just moving well. This is one area a good warm-up can play a big role. 




Jumping From All Angles 



If you’re an athlete it’s not good enough just to jump up, jump out, or jump to the side. Sometimes you’ve got to split those differences as well.  




Front Plank



If you feel a core exercise in your low back, it’s most likely because you aren’t ready for it. For those close to having a front plank be of benefit, this usually does a nice job of helping bridge the gap. 




Big Deadlift For a Young Guy



Jackson making some serious progress as of late. Not surprisingly, as the deadlift has gotten stronger, his acceleration speed has improved as well. He’s taken his 10 yard sprint from consistently over two seconds, to consistently under two seconds into the 1.9’s, to hitting a couple sprints at 1.897 and 1.896 today. Cool stuff to watch unfold. Such a great example of why good strength training is such a game changer for kids.
