Jackson has been doing a great job learning to move, working on coordination, and getting stronger. His squat pattern has really improved as you can see.

If you ever watch elite sprinters sprint, you will see the relaxation in their upper bodies.

Great exercise for basketball players to work on improving their first step. I like to program this late in the off-season when competition is nearing.
