Week in Review on

It seems we live on extremes a lot when it comes to training and this is one of those extremes for some, HIIT everything. There seems to be a real struggle to find the goldilocks of training. Here was a comment I had on a group post on a subject like this. It was more of a brain dump so I narrowed it way down.

“With all the misinformation, people really struggle to find the goldilocks of training. Where all different training stimuli can play a role at different times to give you a great overall training stimulus and really put you on a path to longevity.”

Something I’ve been thinking about for a long time is trying to find ways to do a little bit better job of matching on court work with weight room work.

If there’s one thing often overlooked with the core, it’s the impact it can have on mobility.

I debated for a long time if I should talk about about supplements or not, but ultimately came to the conclusion that the only way to combat bad information is with more good information.

Have a great week and Happy New Year!

P.S. When you’re ready, here’s how I can help.
