It seems we live on extremes a lot when it comes to training and this is one of those extremes for some, HIIT everything. There seems to be a real struggle to find the goldilocks of training. “With all the misinformation, people really struggle to find the goldilocks of training. Where all different training stimuli can play a role at different times to give you a great overall training stimulus and really put you on a path to longevity.”
