Week in Review

Week in Review on gillaspytraining.com:

GPP circuits are great for active recovery and a great way to get in more aerobic work. People love these as it adds a ton of variety to training. There’s many ways to set these up and you’re only limited by your imagination.

Don’t worry, Kelsey did give me permission to share her video. I think she could have done better, but sold it for the camera. 😀 What do you think?

I find this to be true for myself. Sometimes It’s a blessing and a curse for me as I struggle to be satisfied with past successes, etc., which is important as well. Finding balance here is important, but a willingness to always strive to be a little bit better can’t be overstated.

Could probably write an entire article on this subject and probably will one day. Maybe a little bit much for me to blabber on about here, but I do think it’s a valid question.

Online client success. Triathlon training is a little bit different than what you typically run in to, but I’m enjoying the process.

Don’t take me too literal on this, as I think there is a lot of great equipment to have and open space isn’t even equipment, but the main point I was trying to get across is open space is super underrated. It allows for people to move around and be humans without 40 machines 6 inches apart throughout the facility.

Thanks for reading and have a great week.
