week in Review

Week in Review on gillaspytraining.com:

Technology is awesome. 😉 Fixed my broken video link and let's try this again.

Below I posted an updated video after 3 or 4 weeks of training (I really did this time) the exercise. I think you’ll see noticeable improvement.

Was super happy to play a part in this great cause. An awesome gesture by Legion.

Although it has gotten a little better, there’s still a lot of misinformation out there on training for women. Whether it’s afraid of getting “bulky” or some other silly myth, there’s still too many women that are scared to lift any appreciable amount of weight. Be like Cassi and lift ladies lift!

It’s a rarity to see anybody doing solid push-ups like this, let alone a young kid. It’s a post that doesn’t look like much, but those that know, know.

The off-season has just begun for several guys. Just a quick post showing guys some of what dedication and a commitment to getting better looks like.

Some try to out train sickness, but this is a misunderstanding of the stress equation. After taking HRV scores for years and seeing what sickness can sometimes do to HRV, it’s no wonder people end up in a recovery deficit when they try to blast through sickness.

Thanks for reading and have a great week!
