Week in Review

Week in Review on gillaspytraining.com:

Not sure exactly how this started, but Jackson came in on this particular day wanting to dance so we added dance moves to almost every exercise in his warm-up. He had a blast and it gave me a laugh. Not a typical thing, but nothing usually is when working with most young kids. It increased buy in on this particular day and made things more fun, so I'd call it a win.

Hinging in Style

Josh has a love for the game even at a young age and really works hard to improve. Looking forward to seeing his improvement with a full summer under his belt.

Handles

There's just something about active recovery that seems to drive recovery better than complete rest. Most likely the increase of blood flow, and if you do these types of workouts right, the shift to a more parasympathetic state.
