Week in Review

Week in review on gillaspytraining.com:

I’ve been busy so not sure of when my last email was sent out, but thought I'd get back to it today. I’m sure you’re on the edge of your seat.

The glute ham developer is commonly used for everything other than what it’s intended to be used for, partly because it is extremely difficult to perform. Thought I would highlight what it is technically designed to do. That’s not to say it can’t be used for anything else, but it always good to know what a piece of equipment is actually made for.

Mistake recovery is something you don’t think about much in training, but it’s a skill that can really help on the field or court if trained. In sports things can be so unpredictable so learning how to react in those unpredictable moments can make a big difference.

The guys have been getting progressively stronger. Josh repping out a 40 pound dumbbell, Roston taking a couple 50’s for a ride, and Lake repping out 60’s.

Thanks for reading and have a great week! If you're seeing this let me know how things are going.
