It’s always cool to see somebody start handling their own body weight better. One of those things that never gets old and It’s a great indicator of progress.

Lane’s Progress


The team over at Legion has been hard at work putting out new products and flavors and this one of the latest. I’ve had a feeling ever since I got wind of this flavor that it would be a popular one.

I’ve talked a lot in the past about strength not being everything, but for beginners and those that have not progressively overloaded correctly strength is one of the most important things to improve.

Core training that teaches better quality movement. It’s kind of refreshing to see.

Blake worked at this for about two or three weeks. Once he got it he was so excited I wasn’t sure if I was going to be able to get him to stop and do something else. We will build off of this in the coming weeks.
