If there is one mistake you see constantly it is elbows flared out while pressing. I’ve seen shoulder irritation completely vanish by simply making the adjustment of bringing the elbows in.
Simplifying Nutrition
Sometimes we make nutrition way, way too complicated. Keto this, carnivore diet that, yada, yada, yada. Eat nutritious foods a majority of the time and enjoy the pleasures of snack foods from time to time. I know they weren’t literally asking what I had been eating, but it made for a decent post about keeping nutrition simple.
Mindset Shift
A simple shift in perspective can go a long way. Not to say you will always feel like training because that is far from the truth. Just a reminder that even when we don’t feel like it, it’s a blessing to be able to do it.
