Some of the fitness industry is notorious for throwing around motivational quotes like candy. Although sometimes it can get excessive, I like motivational quotes as much as the next guy. Just thought I would provide a little insight on what it’s actually going to take to follow through with those motivational quotes. Something you don’t hear as much about.
Producing Power Longer
In its purest form, good conditioning is being able to maintain your strength and power longer without gassing out. In the real world, how long you can maintain your strength for is typically more important than your 1 rep max.
