How Many Reps


They all work so don’t let it cripple you. Although it can be somewhat goal dependent, just make sure you’re getting a variety of rep ranges.




Strong Core, Shoulders, and Hips


Make a strong cuff, a strong glute max and medius, and a strong core a priority. If you do those things you’ll be ahead of the game, and off to a good start for success.
