Week in Review

Week in Review on gillaspytraining.com:

The power of failure: Not only is it required for for success, but it also makes you a much tougher person. Success feels so good only because failure hurts so much. Be willing to fail often.

Shoulder health is something everyone should be trying to achieve and maintain in their training, but unfortunately it’s not what you commonly see. How you train can absolutely play a role in your shoulder health. The ability to stay nagging injury free in your training is what is going to bring you the results anyway because you will be able to train more consistently.

Creating good habits is what will ultimately get you to your goals. The feeling of being motivated to do something will rarely be there, but creating good habits makes things second nature regardless if you “feel” like doing them or not.
