An Exercise Rarely Seen


Here’s a hidden gem you don’t see very often. If you’ve got the overhead mobility and have been doing other overhead presses for a while, give this one a shot.


1-Arm DB Z Press



Fixing Core Training


Go into most gyms near you and you’ll find spines everywhere. That sounded weird, but you know what I mean. Way too much flexion and extension on the regular. This not only applies to core exercises, but the same concept can be applied across multiple activities in the gym.

One of the main reasons people really struggle to stick to any type of nutrition change is because of how restrictive things become. Losing weight shouldn’t feel like prison and allowing yourself to not worry much for a day keeps you mentally fresh. Enjoy Christmas and get right back on track the following day. If you’ve built some good new habits along the way, you’ll find you’re much less likely to severely overeat anyway.
