2022 in Review


Definitely a year of growth this year. There was a point this summer that I had a maxed out schedule. Didn’t get everyone, but did the best I could showcasing everybody’s hard work.



Marisha Progress


First month of programming for Marisha and she’s already had some nice strength improvements. There’s nothing fast about sustainable training, but get people focusing on the right things and it can takeoff quicker than you might think.




When the Weight Gets Heavy…


When the weight goes up, the focus has to go up with it. We should really treat almost every rep like it’s heavy, no matter the load. This builds a habit of always staying locked in regardless of the weight.
