Former Client


Lucas was back in town for a visit and we had some friendly competition. He and I worked together for a while to prepare him for the military. He had a lot of success and a job well done on his part.

Do no Harm


Always evaluate risk vs. reward on exercises, don’t do exercises you aren’t ready for, and don’t undervalue recovery. That’s just the first few things that came to mind when it comes to doing no harm.

Here’s a fun little pull-up variation and a great example of changing the position to challenge an exercise. Getting as much active hip range as possible increases the difficulty of this exercise and adds some hip mobility to the party.
