The Ab wheel rollout is a great anti-extension core exercise, but you shouldn’t feel these in your low back. Don’t be afraid to take a step back if you need to. If you’re close, here’s an exercise that might get you the rest of the way there.

It is uncommon for a sixth grader, boy or girl, to be able to execute a correct trap bar deadlift. Keely not only executed a deadlift, but was able to rep out an impressive 135 pounds.
