Every now and then I like having less equipment available because it forces me to be extra creative. I Feel like I learn a little something or come up with a new idea every time I’m in this type of scenario. Got another trip coming up next week so it will be interesting to see what I have available there.

Making Rotational Med Ball Work More Specific

I could just rotate and throw the med ball which is a fine option to start with. But once you’ve done it for a while and become more proficient, you can start making it more specific to the individual or layering skills on top of it.

Here is Keely with a strong deadlift at 175 for 9 reps. Very impressive display of strength. At this rate, I may have to figure out how much strength is enough for her soon. We aren’t there yet though.
