Making Friends

Made some new friends on vacation. The guys I tagged in this post were super appreciative that I talked and took a pic with them during my workout a couple days prior. They told me it’s not everyday you run into a professional athlete. Just goes to show you never know who is watching and whose day you might make.

225 at 65

Had to post this because this kind of work deserves to be praised. There’s not a lot of people that have had 65 birthdays that can rep out that kind of weight. It’s admirable.

Who Needs a Wall?

When you don’t have access to something, you have to find ways to get things done regardless. This is a great variation on its own and great way to get some med ball work in without a wall.
