Intentional Power

Power and explosive training requires the nervous system to fire as quickly as possible and all at once. It’s going to be really hard to make that happen going through the motions.

Repeatable Power

Here is a great method to use if you need some repeat power ability. This is currently one of the methods in my program. If you want details on how and when to program this, be sure to let me know.

New Legion Products

There’s a ton of new and exciting products that Legion has come out with that I haven’t said a thing about yet. Some brand ambassador I am, huh.. You special people are the first I’ve told. Some of the new things include vitamin D+K, energy surge, protein cookies, biome probiotic, and magnesium. And I might still be missing a few. Also, there is something else is in the works I’m super excited, so stay tuned. Click the link below and take a look in more detail at some of the new products. If something jumps out at you, be sure to use ChadG at checkout to get your savings.

Nasty Push-Up Variation

Here is one to put on your radar. Bobby’s reaction after the first set week 1 was hilarious. One of the younger guys asked if a push-up can get any harder. Don’t tempt me, kid.

Thanks for reading. If you have any questions, be sure to let me know.
